Forward It checks messages your family forwards to us and replies with our honest assessment: looks fine, be careful, or scam. It's guidance to help people pause and think — like asking a knowledgeable friend.
Forward It is guidance, not a guarantee. Scams evolve constantly, and no system catches everything. A "looks fine" means the message matched genuine details we could verify — it is not financial advice and not a promise. Never send money or share personal details on the strength of any message, ours included, if something feels wrong. When in doubt, contact the organisation using the number on your card or their official website. We are not liable for losses arising from acting on, or against, our guidance, to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
The person who subscribes manages the family: adding and removing members, and billing. You must have each family member's okay before adding them, and use the service only for your own family. Subscriptions renew until cancelled — cancel any time from Manage billing in your family view; protection continues to the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, nothing changes for 14 days while you fix it, and scam warnings are never withheld over billing.
Checks are unlimited for protected family members using the service as intended. Automated, bulk, or abusive use isn't allowed, and we may limit or end service that harms the platform or other families.
Standard carrier messaging rates may apply to texts your family sends us. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll email the account holder first. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions: hello@getforwardit.com.
